Meeting in the world of fishermen and oyster farmers from Gruissan!
This summer, experience a privileged moment of discovery, encounters and flavors… Board the little train and travel through Gruissan to the Cabanes de l'Ayrolle, where you will discover the daily life of fishermen at their place of work. They will present their catch of the day to you. A short stop at the Halle de la Pêche in the village, to complete your lunch menu (no problem, we are planning coolers!) And you will head to the Chalets. At the shellfish base "La Perle Gruissanaise", you will discover behind the scenes and taste a plate with salty flavors ...
The visit includes: travel by small train, comments on board and meetings with fishermen and oyster farmers (subject to their presence on the fishing grounds) and tasting
