La Mer à Boire: The artisanal beer of Gruissan!
Looking for a truly local beer? Head to our family microbrewery, located in the Chalets de Gruissan for over 10 years. Here, Alain and Antoine don't mess around when it comes to taste: they brew "living," unfiltered beers, made with the most local ingredients possible and with respect for the environment.
On-site, discover what goes on behind the scenes! Come learn the secrets of winemaking during our guided tours or workshops. You can also simply stock up on bottles directly at the shop. In the summer, relax with our festive evenings and tastings on the terrace.
Summer 2026:
- Guided tours of the brewery on Wednesdays and Fridays at 18pm.
- Beer brewing workshop on Tuesdays at 11am (reservations required)
- Wine tasting workshop on Thursdays at 11am (reservations required)
