In this space dedicated to flavors, discover how vinegar is made: naturally flavored wine vinegar or 9-year-old balsamic vinegar aged in barrels.
Cyril is also a producer of olive oils, wines and aperitifs, all in the same originality as his 35 vinegars.
Our tastings are free, and without reservation. For a more advanced formula, accompanied by toast of local products, you must however book a few days in advance.
