Guided tour of the saltworks (duration: 1 hour 20 minutes), this walk through the salt tables will reveal the astonishing alchemy of the sun and the wind which combine their efforts to produce salt. Comments on the different production phases, video film on current salt production, botanical information, ornithological observation.
