At a time when ecology, including local, increasingly takes precedence among consumers,
attention must be paid to the image of establishments. More than ever, the Valeurs Parc Naturel Régional brand is a driving force behind sustainable tourism in Gruissan.
Lucky to live in the heart of the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Natural Regional Park (PNRNM), the national brand Valeurs Parc Naturel Régional proposes to make this opportunity an asset for local stakeholders. Indeed, a guarantee of satisfaction for customers, this quality approach is a collective commitment carrying strong values of the PNRNM: the local economy, ecology and the human dimension.
Through this dynamic, the Gruissan Tourist Office and the PNR of Narbonnaise in
Mediterranean sea support major aspects linked to territorial sustainability. Assigned by
Les Parcs, this brand concerns products, services and know-how that meet the needs of
criteria defined by a common reference framework at the national level, then adapted locally by
each of the Parks. Created in 2016, it now brings together more than 2 beneficiaries in
France.

5 establishments obtain the mark
In our territory, Gruissan salt was the first product marked in 2018, followed by several tourist accommodations spread across the Aude territory. This year, the PNRNM extended the brand to catering, allowing Gruissan to be among the first territories with three marked restaurants. But that's not all, the commission which met last May also awarded the brand to two accommodations in Gruissan, making five providers in total: the Alcôve Marine guest rooms, the Les gîte
Etangs, as well as the restaurants La Cambuse du Saunier, Aux Deux Oliviers, and Les Effluves Salins.
A landmark
Indeed, the commitment to sustainable development of companies within their practices
current represents a key element of the promotion and enhancement strategy of the entities.
Added value for the beneficiary companies, favorably committed to the future. The Valeurs Parc Naturel Régional brand is a driving force behind sustainable tourism in Gruissan.
