it has already conquered more than 700 users thanks to functionalities

New features for an innovative application

Yachtsmen easily take ownership of this new tool, which facilitates their exchanges with the Harbor Master's office. The application highlights news, events, useful addresses, video tutorials as well as the 40 professionals in the technical area and nautical activity providers present in Gruissan. The application also offers to book directly and in one payment one or more nautical leisure services and services.

Since its launch a few weeks ago, the application has already registered more than 800 downloads and a satisfaction rate of 100%. A fine performance and a winning bet for the port of Gruissan, which, let's remember, has 1 berths a year.

A strategic digitization

Already equipped with Wifi and fiber for port users, this strategic shift is directly in line with the major challenge of the Coastal Plan 21 which calls for the implementation of the digital transition. This digitalisation, initiated by the State and the Occitanie region, makes it possible to put the Marina of Gruissan back at the very heart of a blue and tourist economy. The destination is thus valued and can rely on the reputation of its Port de Plaisance as a key player in its growth.

The investment is carried by the Capitainerie de Gruissan attached to the Tourist Office, and budgeted at €40 per year, over 000 years. The Port offers city professionals the basic subscription for this first year of launch, allowing them to be referenced on the application and on the Spotyride platform.

“Building on this experience, they are free to renew their subscription for the next seasons”, explains Jean-Claude Méric, Managing Director of Gruissan Tourisme.

In addition to the application, a touch terminal is available to visitors and yachtsmen, at the reception of the Port de Plaisance de Gruissan harbor master's office. It provides useful information such as: the Weather, the interactive Port Map with useful addresses and visualization of the route to get to your boat location, navigation and fishing regulations... Not to mention a panel of boaters' special offers for the rental of vehicles and electric bikes or for the Balneoludic area of ​​Gruissan.

The Port de Plaisance de Gruissan is the first to set up a partnership with the private platform Spotyride, the leader in booking and referencing nautical activities and board sports, in France and abroad.

To date, Gruissan happens to be the only port to have integrated the functionalities offered by Spotyride into its new application developed by Nauticspot, offering information, services and reservations for nautical leisure activities...
