The residence is made up of charming one-storey buildings with comfortable, air-conditioned apartments for 4 to 6 people. All of them have balcony or terrace equipped with a parasol and garden furniture and a view of the Pech Maynaud pond, the Massif de la Clape or on the pool.
It has a swimming pool and a children's pool open from 03/04 to 25/09 depending on weather conditions, surrounded by a solarium terrace and an enclosed car park (unsupervised) at the entrance to the residence.
