On this pech (hill in Occitan) formerly occupied by 5 mills and crops have been built witnessing traditional Gruissan activities: a capitelle (dry stone construction serving as a shelter for the shepherd), a noria (machine for raising water), a bee wall, a bread oven, a press. Many typical species (olive trees, vines, almond trees ...) have also been planted in this enchanting place which offers a breathtaking panorama over all of Gruissan, La Clape and the ponds. An orientation table makes it possible to locate these different places.
